2. When will my cargo address arrive?

6. On Which Days Delivery?

Deliveries are made on weekdays within working days. Delivery is not possible on public holidays and weekends.

7. Can I Deliver to Another If I Was Not Found At Delivery?

In our address delivery option, your package can only be delivered to you and your immediate family. Identity submission will be requested and surname consistency required. You will be asked for the signature of the person who received your package at the delivery address. If there is no one at the address, the courier will try to reach you again. You may leave a card to pick up your package or to set a delivery date again. Cargoes brought back to the branch must be received within 3 business days. Otherwise, it is returned to the cargo exit branch within the knowledge of the sender.
